TradeSource

TradeSource develops a digital infrastructure to transform warehouse receipts (WRC) into legally enforceable digital ownership titles.
Today, global commodity trade still relies heavily on paper or PDF documents, which are vulnerable to fraud, duplication and disputes. These weaknesses create delays and limit access to financing.
TradeSource addresses this by creating a unique, secure and traceable digital title directly linked to the underlying goods. This title can be transferred instantly between parties, ensuring a high level of legal reliability.
The project follows an operational approach, starting with existing trade corridors (notably Vietnam to West Africa), to quickly activate real transactions and validate market adoption.
TradeSource combines legal, technological and operational innovation, in collaboration with public research (Université Côte d’Azur), to build a new trust infrastructure for global trade.
